He’s the CEO of ICF. As much as ICF should be raked over the coals, why can Gov. Blanco not authorize the direct release of money to Lousiana citizens as was done in Mississippi? Instead of waiting for ICF to get things straight and waste more money in the process, Blanco is screwing things up even more. It’s her fault as much as the people she hires to do things her way.
Gov. Blanco put her name on the Road Home program. She will suffer for this plenty.
Why doesn’t the unnamed CEO show his face in Louisiana? Why do we bother talking to the New York fireman with the ruddy good looks?
All he ever does is eat his words. He’s the Tony Snow of ICF International.
Blanco is a redneck schoolmarm (as opposed t an eductor) who is thoroughly out of her depth.
She has the power to fire them, too, and make them refund the money to the state/feds.
