Room for Mardi Gras
February 25th, 2006It’s a bit late, but you might be near by, and if you need a place to stay for Mardi Gras, I have a guest room in this creaky old apartment. Wish I’d nagged Dave about this, because I’m sure he’d like to see some of this Mardi Gras.

Indeed, I wish you had. I’m in San Diego now visiting my friend Cathy, but I’d rather be in New Orleans (I could have planned this particular trip around it) for Mardi Gras, especially if I didn’t have to pay for a hotel. Then I could have afforded it.
I’m going to see about coming down for Paul and Molly’s wedding, which is in June or July I think. Remind me to email them about their policy on wedding crashers.
So what is MG like this year?
Kicking myself. Should have made the invitation sooner. Selfish of me.
