He was talking about the wikia campaign (approx. using wiki for political decision making in the community), where he mentioned that wiki could be used for presenting the for's and against's of an important community issues. This whole New Orleans "thumb down -thumb up" question could be edited like a list on wiki, and that could be shown up as a permanent summary of answers.</description>
